Caregiver Days

Brainerd, MN - Part Time to Full Time

 Rewarding position helping our Veterans and Seniors. Flexible scheduling options, you tell us how many days and hours you would like to work. 

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20/hour for CNAs. After 60 days of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase upon certification.

  • Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
  • Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks

Requirements 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares 
  • Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Clean driving record

Are you skilled in providing light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning/prep, transportation, and engaging conversation to seniors?*
Do you have a current valid Minnesota driver's license and 3 years of licensed driving experience?*
Do you have a personal vehicle you can use during your shifts?*
Do you have work references that will verify you having a superior attendance record?*
Do you have a clean driving record in the past 5 years (such as No revoked license, DUI, speeding ticket over 25 mph, driving without insurance)*
Do you have work or life experience helping seniors with dressing, showering, mobility and bathroom assistance?*
Are you at least 21 years of age?*
Can you lift 50 pounds safely?*
Do you have proof of auto insurance with your name listed as an authorized driver?*
Are you willing to work in a home that has cats?*
Are you willing to work in a home that has dogs?*
Are you willing to work in homes where someone smokes in the home?*
How many hours do you want to work each week? (0-40+)*
Can you work every other weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday (all 3 days)?*
